Memory
Memory within a wireless router is utilized to store the router's operating system, routing tables, caches, and other temporary data. High-performance memory can significantly accelerate the router's data processing speed.
Control Plane and Data Plane
Wireless routers are typically composed of a control plane and a data plane. The control plane is responsible for control functions-such as routing table maintenance and routing algorithm calculations-while the data plane handles the actual forwarding and processing of data packets.
